All industrial and intellectual property rights for the websites www.ascomtec.com and www.blusens.com, as well as the elements contained on the same (including images, sound, audio, video, software and text, among others) belong to Blusens Technology, S.L. or to third parties where applicable.




The USER may display these images, and even print, copy, or store them on their computer’s hard disk or any other physical means as long as this is done exclusively for personal and private use. Distribution and use for commercial ends is therefore expressly prohibited, as is any modification, alteration or decompilation.




1.- The Blusens web sites supply access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (henceforth to be referred to as "the content") on the Internet belonging to third parties, to which the USER may have access. Although Blusens acts in good faith, it is not responsible for the editing of said content nor directly or indirectly responsible for complaints deriving from the quality, trustworthiness, exactness or correctness of the same.



2.- The USER agrees to make proper use of content and services (such as discussion forums and newsgroups) offered by Blusens through its web sites and to refrain from employing them for the purposes of (i) activities which are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) distributing materials of a racist, xenophobic, or illegally pornographic nature, as well as statements in support of terrorism or attacks on human rights; (iii) causing damage to Blusens physical and informational systems, its providers or to third parties, introducing or distributing computer viruses or any other physical or informational systems into the network with the possibility of causing the aforementioned damages; (iv) intending to access and, if applicable, use e-mail accounts belonging to other users and modify or manipulate the messages therein.



3.- Blusens reserves the right to effect modifications to its web sites where and when it considers fit, without prior notification. Blusens may change, delete or add to content and services offered on its web sites as well as the form in which they appear or the places in which they are located on said sites.



4.- Blusens will persecute any failure to comply with these conditions, as well as any unauthorised use of its web sites, exercising all criminal and civil penalties which may apply.
